High-Phosphate Starter Fertilizer
DAP 18-46-0
Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP 18-46-0) is one of the most widely used phosphate fertilizers in the world. It contains 18% nitrogen and 46% phosphate (P₂O₅), making it an excellent starter fertilizer applied at or before planting.
DAP dissolves readily in soil moisture, releasing ammonium and phosphate ions that are immediately available to young plant roots. The high phosphate content supports strong root development, early establishment, and energy transfer within the plant.
It is suitable for a wide range of crops including maize, wheat, soybeans, sunflowers, and vegetables. DAP is typically applied as a basal dressing incorporated into the soil before or at planting.
